Pool heater is intended to heat the pool above outside temperature and there is no guarantee that temperature will be suitable for all guests. While our intent is to heat to 84 degrees Fahrenheit there may be times that outside weather will prevent this.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation within this period, we will be happy to refund 96% of the booking price paid to the host by the channel manager. This allows us to recover some of the costs associated with the reservation and secure your spot for alternative bookings.

Party Policy:

When smoking outside, we kindly ask that you pick up all cigarette butts and dispose of them properly in the designated receptacles. This helps us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone.
Pool Policy:
